  • KCI will first work with the customer to try to resolve the reason for return.
  • KCI will refund client due to Product Manufacture Defects, Items Damaged In Shipping, and Not-Used / Un-Opened items.
  • Customer must request a RA# from KCI.
    • KCI will not accept returns without a RA#.
    • Returns without an RA# will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
    • Items purchased in error by client (not KCI) will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns must occur within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs to KCI is to be paid by the client.  Client is responsible for the safe return of the product.  Client may want to consider obtaining a tracking number and insurance for the return.
